VG Solar won the bid for the Inner Mongolia 108MW tracking system renovation project of State Power Investment

Recently, VG Solar with deep technical accumulation and rich project experience in tracking support system solutions, successfully won the Inner Mongolia Daqi photovoltaic power station (that is, Dalat photovoltaic power station) tracking support system upgrade project. According to the relevant cooperation agreement, VG Solar will complete the technical upgrade of the 108.74MW tracking support system within the specified time. As the first tracking system technical transformation project undertaken by VG Solar, this project also marks a new breakthrough in the engineering and technical service level of VG Solar.

Dalat photovoltaic power station by the State power investment Group – Dalat Banner Narentai New energy Co., LTD., investment and construction, located in the Ordos city Dalat Banner Zhaojun Kubuqi desert eastern section of the heart, covers an area of 100,000 acres, the site range are desert, is currently the largest desert photovoltaic power station. Relying on the abundant local land and solar energy resources, Dalat photovoltaic power station has created a new industrial model of photovoltaic sand control, and achieved a win-win situation of ecological benefits and economic benefits through on-board power generation, under-board restoration and inter-board planting.

As a national leader base project, Dalat photovoltaic power Station adopted the most advanced technology in the industry when it was established in 2018, and the tracking bracket system with intelligent series inverters and PERC single-crystal efficient double-sided double-glass components. After four years of stable operation, the owner decided to upgrade the existing tracking system after learning that the new generation of photovoltaic tracking support tracking control system can increase the power generation by 3%-5%, and confirmed that the durability of the new generation control system has also increased by more than 50%.

The renovation project undertaken by VG Solar covers 84.65MW flat single-axis tracking bracket and 24.09MW oblique single-axis tracking bracket system, which has extremely high requirements for the performance of new equipment and the overall strength of the technical team. At the same time, the more severe environmental conditions and the tight construction period are also a small test. The undertaking party should not only have mature tracking stent system technology, but also need to have comprehensive project experience and delivery team.

Thanks to the company’s long-term accumulation in the field of bracket and the continuous research and development of tracking bracket system, VG Solar has multiple competitive advantages in the field of tracking bracket. Taking the drive mode as an example, the industry currently mainly pushes three schemes, respectively, linear push rod, rotary reducer and slot wheel +RV reducer. Among them, the groove wheel mode has the characteristics of high stability, low use cost, maintenance-free, etc., and VG Solar is a rare enterprise in the industry that has the ability to promote this mode. At the same time, VG Solar has also set up an electronic control center in Suzhou, with the superposition of its own production base and self-developed technology to further enhance its competitiveness.

In addition to the core technology of the tracking bracket is in the leading position in the industry, multi-scene project experience is also one of the reasons to help VG Solar stand out. Up to now, VG Solar has completed the installation capacity of the tracking bracket project of 600+MW, covering various types of complex scenes such as typhoon area, desert area, fishing and light complementary.

The successful signing of the Dalat photovoltaic power Station upgrade project fully proves the strength of VG Solar in design and development, product quality, engineering capability, service level and other aspects. In the future, VG Solar will continue to focus its resources and energy on technological innovation, improve the power generation efficiency and economic efficiency of photovoltaic bracket systems, and add green power to regional economic development in more diversified ways.
